The Solution

Built a multi-channel AI Sales Assistant that handles conversations from website chat widgets, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram. The bot remembers 15 messages of context per session, naturally collects name, email, and phone during conversation, and detects buying intent. When a lead is detected, it logs to Google Sheets and alerts sales via Slack. If the conversation needs a human, it triggers a Slack escalation.
